How do I know I can trust Big Mark's?

Big Mark's is locally recognized as leader in residential home cleaning and commercial cleaning services. We strive to provide you excellent residential and commercial cleaning services.

Who will be cleaning my business/home?

A regularly assigned team will clean your business or home. Big Marks assures that our professionals will be supervised at all times. Our workers are trustable, uniformed, and insured.

What time will Big Mark's be at my business/home?

For residential cleaning, our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For commercial cleaning, we offer 24/7 service schedule. In case we don't arrive at a specific time, due to cancellations, traffic, accidents, lockouts; our teams will always make every effort to meet your needs.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

We treat your business/home with complete care and respect. If however, any damage or breakage occurs while cleaning, Big Mark's will make every effort to repair or replace the damaged item.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

Big Mark's team is always equipped with bio-friendly cleaning product and equipment necessary to clean your business or home. If you would like us to use your cleaning supplies, and equipment, let us know and we'll accommodate. Other supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, garbage bags etc. must be provided by the client.

Do I need to be home when Big Mark's arrives?

Generally, our customers are not present when we clean. Only our trusted workers who will be cleaning will have access to your business/home.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

For residential, if your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you 48 hours before to reschedule your service. For commercial, Big Mark's does not reschedule, if cleaning service happens to falls on a holiday, there is an additional fee for that service.

How do I pay for the service?

For residential service, our customers find it convenient to simply leave cash or check at home. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit. We gladly accept cash, checks, and money orders.
For commercial service, payment is due 15 days after billed.

How will our relationship work?

Establishing open communication is important for all our business relationship. We understand we must earn your trust, that's why we have designated customized cleaning services with your needs in mind.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction is the most important value to us, that's why we offer consistent, quality cleaning. If however, we happen to miss a spot, we offer a house cleaning service guarantee. Please notify us through phone or email within 24 hours and our staff will correct any mistakes at no charge.

How do you access my business or home?

Establishing open communication is important for all our business relationship. We understand we must earn your trust, that's why we have designated customized cleaning services with your needs in mind.
  • You are most welcome to leave a key with us; it will remain secure with us.
  • You can be present on the day of the cleaning service.
  • If you have an alarm system at your home or office it is preferred that your alarm is left off on the day of the service or you may provide a temporary access code.
